Three music-industry veterans, each leading established businesses, recognized a gap in the market: event organizers needed a true full-service production partner with musical sensibility, technical expertise, and deep community roots.
By uniting Magnetic Vine, G&R Events, and Music for Everyone Live Performance, Sound Island became a single production house built to raise the bar for live events.
Guy Brogna
Co‑Founder | Production, Booking & Backline
A cornerstone of Long Island’s music ecosystem, Guy is the owner of All Music Inc. in Plainview, NY, an instrument store, lesson hub, rental operation, and educator community.
A former touring bassist with bands such as Ludichrist and Scatterbrain, Guy brings firsthand knowledge of stage demands, backline logistics, and the needs of musicians. His experience shapes Sound Island’s meticulous, musician‑first approach.

Rick blends the worlds of performance, production, and promotion. A BMI‑affiliated singer, songwriter, and guitarist, his music has been featured on Nickelodeon shows including Drake & Josh, Zoey 101, and iCarly.
As founder of Magnetic Vine, Rick leads campaigns in PR, social media, event marketing, and talent management. His background in radio, booking, and promotion ensures Sound Island connects flawless production with audience‑building and brand storytelling.
